With Coach Chris' one on one personalized training, athletes can expect to take their game to the next level. By meeting with Coach Chris once a week athletes will get a mix of time-tested and the latest training techniques that will boost player confidence as well as performance. Coach Chris will digitally record all sessions and assign "homework" to keep the training going when not in a session. In addition, Coach Chris puts an emphasis on Sports IQ.
