The High School Basketball Skills Academy is designed for athletes who want to sharpen their skills, compete at game speed, and prepare for the demands of the upcoming basketball season.
Each session will feature purposeful, high-intensity training focused on:
Advanced ball handling and control
Finishing through contact
Shooting mechanics and shot preparation
Creating space off the dribble
