By the end of the 8 sessions athletes should consistently be able to:

Dribbling: Dribble with both hands while walking and jogging.

Passing: Complete 15 chest passes and 15 bounce passes with a partner.

Shooting: Make 6 out of 10 shots from a designated spot.
