Take your game to the next level before the season starts!
Our High School Basketball Group Training is designed for Grades 9–12 athletes looking to improve their skills, gain confidence, and dominate on the court.
Each session focuses on:
Shooting & Finishing: Improve your jumper, layups, and scoring moves.
Ball Handling & Decision Making: Handle pressure, break down defenders, and read the game.
Speed, Agility & Conditioning: Increase explosiveness, speed, and endurance.
